 Warrior Fitness Training was established in 2001 as athletic personal trainers with our sole purpose to improve and develop:

  • Athletes’ strength and conditioning
  • Athletes’ power and endurance
  • Athletes’ mobility, flexibility and performance 

Our goal is to develop physical and mental strength for personal peak performance. Our style of fitness incorporates high intensity interval training, combat conditioning as well as cutting edge training techniques.   All programs are based on sound science and research. This unique combination builds hard physiques, strong confidence and a determination to do what ever it takes!

Today Warrior Fitness Training still trains athletes, and we also train professionals and individuals. The common thread binding our clients is Mental Strength: The burning desire to change, the ability to suffer, to throw their former selves on the fire, to overcome, and to change.

RKC (Russian Kettlebell Certified) instructors have undergone the world’s most rigorous form of kettlebell instructor certification courses and are fully qualified to help you meet and surpass your goals, be they fat loss, strength and power development or athletic success. 

Learn proper form and techniques to train safely and most effectively with kettlebells to avoid potential injuries. Workouts designed to maximize fat loss, increase strength, and build cardiovascular endurance.

Warrior Fitness Training is not for the weak of heart. The training is difficult. There are no shortcuts. Physical and psychological breakdowns will occur. Our philosophy, dedicated to The Tao of Mental Strength, is grueling but safe, extreme but inspirational. Individuals push hard and risk more alongside trustworthy companions. To maintain this spirit we choose clients who resonate with it. Warrior Fitness Training is private, but not closed. We are located in Campbell, CA and serve San Jose, Los Gatos and the rest of Santa Clara County.  

What you know does not matter – it’s what you consistently DO that matters.  Physical training produces physical memories – not simply muscle memory but a psychophysical imprint, knowledge that is instinctual rather than intellectual. This is useful knowledge. Automatic (instinctive) action and reaction is always faster and more energy efficient than intellectually induced action or reaction.

However, before you begin to learn you will need to forget and unlearn all or part of what you think you already know.  Once the unlearning is complete you can then learn the right way.   Then, after you’ve learned it by heart and learn it well enough to write it in blood will your unconscious to take over.

There’s already plenty to think about in confrontational situations so any response that does not require conscious thought spares intellectual energy for decisions and actions that do demand it. Train yourself to the point that particular, common actions and responses may be executed automatically.

Any deficiency in physical fitness affects confidence. When an individual realizes he does not have the fitness or skill to accomplish a particular task, or that he cannot use his tools to their utmost self-doubt weakens both intellectual and physical abilities.

Lacking confidence restricts flexibility, preventing appropriate adaptation to various situations. Confidence allows the audacity of original thought. Again, train such a variety of energy systems (types of fitness) that confidence in the face of any challenge is reflexive.

Strength + Confidence + Flexibility = Strategy (the ability to use it).

Physical fitness relative to the martial arts environment or to any situation (physical and psychological) can have positive or negative effects on the individual, his teammates, and the overall strategy chosen to accomplish a particular goal. Get fit and stay fit to accomplish a variety of tasks. The goal of physical training can be summed up in one phrase, “to make yourself as indestructible as possible.” The harder a man is to kill, the longer he will remain effective, as a warrior, a soldier, or what ever.
